For young people Your digital life is more than screen time.

Your digital life. Your learning. Your voice

What you do online, why you do it and how it makes you feel can affect learning and well-being. THRIVE wants to understand these experiences from young people themselves.

What THRIVE can offer you

THRIVE creates opportunities for young people to better understand their digital experiences, strengthen their learning and have a real voice in shaping future support.

Understand your digital habits

Notice when technology helps you learn, focus or feel connected—and when it makes things more difficult.

Make more informed digital choices

Explore practical ways to manage distractions, reflect on your learning and use digital tools—including AI—with greater awareness and confidence.

Make your experience count

Your views can influence THRIVE’s research, the design of ORBITA and the guidance created for schools and policymakers.

Help create better support

Contribute to tools and school approaches that respond to what young people actually experience in their digital lives.

How you can contribute

Adolescents in participating schools may be invited to complete surveys, join guided reflection or contribute through youth advisory and co-design activities. Your views can help create support that reflects real experiences.
